1. I’m diving into some books from the Cybils shortlist — first up is Scary Tales: Home Sweet Horror
2. I’ve finished 5 books for a total of 963 pages.
3. Gah. I still don’t have any one particular book I’m looking forward to. Mostly I’m hoping to get through my stack of Cybils and two more art books before this thing ends. I’m looking forward to hitting that goal!
4. I had a rough start — kid issues. My dad called at some point but I didn’t pick up (sorry dad, I’ll call you tomorrow.) Another kid texted me for a bit but that wasn’t much of a distraction. The dogs have been pretty darn well behaved so yippee!
5. I’ve been surprised by the fact that I haven’t given in to my desire for naps. Heh.
Onward, the books await!
