Damn. Reading the headline on the news is one thing; seeing the names and the years of service brings it closer. The husbeast comes from a long line of firefighters– he’s one of two of the five kids who hasn’t done firefighting (one brother and two sisters have or currently are). My hat is off to the men you recognized.
