Easter cupcake toppers are difficult. They are difficult because there are too many choices. There are mini eggs and bunnies in plastic, wood (paint your own!) or flocked. There are chicks. There are jelly beans and tiny Easter themed chocolates. So many to choose from, I almost boycotted the Easter theme entirely. Just grab some peeps and plop them onto your cupcakes. Leave off the icing though, a peep on a cupcake is all you need – especially when the peep starts to get a little dry and crunchy on the outside. That’s the perfect Easter cupcake. Unless you’re Nuthinfancy then it’s all about the resurrection. Nail crosses (remove the cord) are the perfect Easter cupcake topper!
