If you have any products in the toilet, then yes you do need to wash the bird, with dawn dish liquid and rinse thoroughly. If no products, a warm water rinse and let her finish cleaning it up herself will be fine.
Is that “should have flushed” before she flew into the toilet bowl or afterwards?
