I didn’t expect to be back here quite so quickly with another holiday baking video but when I heard Elly say “Look at the smoke! I’m sorry!” I had to go back into the kitchen with the camera.

Hey, what’s a little melted bowl during baking time? You guys are good. Burnt chocolate or not…I would have had to taste it even if I was going to throw it out. Hey, it’s chocolate isn’t it? I’m hopeless. Disaster diverted….Happy Baking you guys. ~Joy
